Return Policy

At ToppCock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your order number and reason for return with the package.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
